What's Our Website Going to Look Like?
When you login as a coach your view of the system is quite different. Only coaches have the ability to add/edit or remove information. This is how your team website will display to all users:

 

Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Administrators
The person who signs the team up is considered the Head Coach (even if he's not really your team's head coach). This person is the only one who can add assistant coaches to the team. Only Coaches have the ability to add/edit/remove information from the website. Players will only be able to view information updated by one of the coaches.

Styling Your Site
Coaches have the ability to change team colors, upload a Team Logo and a Team Photo. Team Logos & Photos can be changed at anytime during the season. Coaches can also insert League & Team information such as league type, league affiliate, league name, team name, team location etc

Sending Team Emails
Coaches can choose to send emails to other coaches, players or both. Players can only send emails to Coaches.

Adding Locations for Driving Directions
By adding locations you allow players, coaches and parents to print driving directions to any game or practice. New locations can be added at any time during the season.

Uploading Files and Documents
Sometimes Coaches need players to sign waiver forms or fill out contact information forms. Coaches have the ability to upload any type of document (doc, pdf, xls, jpg, tif, gif, ppt etc). Tell everyone to log on to the team website to download the files they need.

Setting The Schedule
Games and/or Practices can be added/edited/deleted from the schedule at any time. When adding a new schedule item you can specify the date, type, opponent, location and time. Statistics for the team and players are inserted via the boxscore button that's available next to each scheduled game. As an added feature on the team's homepage the next 3 scheduled events appear for quick reference of what's coming up soon.

Location Directions
Coaches have the ability to add field/court location addresses. Players and parents can then add their address and get driving directions to the game or practice.

League Standings
Other teams can be added to the league to track league standings. All coaches have to do it insert wins, losses and ties and the system will auto generate games behind and winning percentage. In depth coaches can also track streaks, last 10 games and home/away records.

Managing The Team Roster
Players must be added to record stats and activate the boxscore feature. Each player has their own profile which may contain information such as a player bio, email, phone, address, number, birthday, uniform sizes etc. All personal information is blocked from the public and only coaches have access to this content for security purposes.

Statistics - Cumulative/Boxscore Feature
Statistics can be tracked by Cumulative, Boxscore, or none at all. Coaches have the ability to enter a boxscore for each scheduled game. The boxscore then gathers all the information and compiles the season statistics for the team and individual statistics for the players. Wins, Losses and Ties are also updated on the Standings page. Note: Other opponent records have to be manually inserted from the Standings Page to track the whole league. The top 3 players are also highlighted on the team's homepage.

Team News
Coaches can use the Team News feature to post quick news blurbs about anything. The news is then posted on the team's homepage as the top story. Many coaches use it to recap the last game or make important announcements.

Team Message Board
Players and Coaches have the ability to post to the Team Message Board. This communication device is perfect for asking questions or notifying teammates of important information.

Sponsors
Most intramural teams have sponsors. You can add as many sponsors as you need. Coaches can insert the name, a brief description and website link to their sponsor. Team sponsors are also highlighted at the top of the team's homepage.

Printing Schedules & Stats
After a schedule has been created Coaches can then click on a 'Print" button to make copies for his players or their parents. Since some players do not have access to the internet this makes a nice alternative for providing a schedule to the whole team. Included on the schedule is the link to e-sportspage.com so players with internet access know where to go to view their team site online.

Archive Your Season
After your season has ended you can archive your season. By archiving your season we take a snap-shot of your teams standings, schedule, & stats. Your roster will remain intact so you won't have to add your players or team information over and over again. So play in a spring league and archive your stats to get ready for your fall league! You have the ability to then review each previous season no matter how many you play!
